1. Delivery Times.
All products are distributed independently by the band/artist or third
party and will be sent to you directly from the band/artist or third
party. Your name and address will be passed to them in order to allow
them to fulfil the order.
Delivery times will depend on distance. Standard delivery time for
region addresses is 2 - 4 days. Delivery times to Tasmania are
approximately 5 - 8 days.
Important! All despatch times are working days and
do
not include weekends and public holidays. iChristian AUSTRALIA cannot
guarantee delivery on or by a stated date, and cannot accept
responsibility for late delivery caused by delays in the post. Goods
cannot be considered to have been lost in the post until 28 days after
posting.

2. Out of Stock / Forthcoming Items.
Items, which are out of stock or not yet published at the time of
ordering will be placed on backorder and will be despatched as soon as
stocks are available. If an order contains a mixture of available and
unavailable items, part of the order will normally be despatched as
soon as all the available items are ready for despatch, with the other
items following later.

3. Video / DVD Products.
Unless otherwise stated, all DVDs are Region 4 playback only, and all
videos are PAL VHS. If you are ordering DVD or video products from
outside Australia, please ensure that you have compatible equipment
before placing your order.

4. Refunds / Replacements.
All purchases made via this website are final. If you change your mind
and want to cancel an order, we will endeavour to halt processing, but
we do not guarantee to do so. Purchases cannot be halted after the
items have been despatched. A full refund will be made if any item
fails to be despatched, is lost in the post or if it arrives in a
damaged or unusable state. Claims for non-delivery or damage must be
made in writing (email or post). Goods will not be considered
undelivered until 28 days have elapsed after posting.
The following rules apply to specific types of
goods:
MERCHANDISE: (clothing, etc). Full refunds will be
made if the item(s) are returned within 30 days in as-sold condition.
PUBLICATIONS: (magazines, directories, books,
etc). A
full refund can only be made if the item is damaged, faulty or
otherwise unreadable.
MUSIC: A full refund can only be made if the item
is
damaged or non-functional or, in the case of shrink-wrapped products
only, if the item is returned with the wrapping intact. Important: You
do not need to return a CD or DVD if the case is cracked or broken -
just call or email and we'll send you a replacement case free of
charge. (Standard CD/DVD packaging only).
Refunds for any other reason may be made at our
discretion. To return an item for a refund or replacement, please
package it securely and send it to:

Please include the original despatch slip (or a
copy of
it) and a note explaining the reason for the return. Please also state
whether you require a refund or a replacement item.
If you are returning a CD or DVD because it is
faulty,
it helps us if you can include brief details of the equipment that you
tried it on and any other information relating to the fault (eg, if any
specific tracks skip, etc).
You will be responsible for the full costs of
returning
the item, unless we delivered the item in error. For your own
protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. If
we have delivered an item in error, please contact us by phone (02 4968
9217) or email (sales@ichristian.com.au) before returning it. We may
not require lower value items to be returned, or we may arrange
collection by the carrier of our choice. If we do ask you to return it,
we will arrange for you to be refunded the postage costs.

5. Credit / Debit Card Security.
All credit card transactions take place within a totally secure payment
gateway through the use of Secure Socket Layer(SSL) technology
maintained by eMatters.com.au. Credit card details are not stored
beyond the life of each transaction.
Your personal information is protected from misuse and unauthorized
access, modification or disclosure by a range of security measures
including computer network security systems, firewalls, expert computer
monitoring and passwords for checking identity before disclosing
information.
Although every measure is taken to maintain and
improve
security, it should be made known that no transfer of data is ever %100
secure, therefore iChristian AUSTRALIA cannot guarantee that any
unauthorized access to submitted information either during or after
transfer has completed.

6. Payment options for your Web order.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can use the printable order
form to post to us along with your payment. Alternatively, you can use
direct deposit via your own net banking or bank branch (our account
information is listed on the check out page) or you can order by
telephone, on 4968 9217 in NSW. Telephone orders can only be taken
during normal office hours.
1) We recommend that you charge your order to your credit card on the
Web site. This will allow us process your order in the shortest
possible time.
2) If you are an Australian customer, and would
prefer
not to enter your credit card details through the Internet, you can
