DAY EIGHTEEN: KEEP BELIEVING THE VISION

“THOUGH IT TARRIES, WAIT FOR IT; BECAUSE IT WILL SURELY COME, IT WILL NOT TARRY.”

HABAKKUK 2:3, NKJV

What has God been speaking to you these last couple of weeks? What dreams has He awakened in your heart? What promises has He spoken to your spirit?

In Acts 10, we find an account of God giving Peter an incredible vision—a vision detailing the power of God’s grace and His heart to reach every tribe and tongue with the message of salvation in Jesus Christ.

At first, Peter struggled with doubt. He wondered what the vision meant and how God was going to bring it to pass. But the Spirit said to Peter, “Arise therefore, go down and go with them, doubt- ing nothing; for I have sent them” (Acts 10:20, NKJV).

We believe those words of encouragement are for you today as well.

Believe and don’t doubt. Don’t doubt the vision that God has given you.

Stay committed to what you had in your mind and in your heart when you started this fast. The prophet Habakkuk encourages us:

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come,

It will not tarry.” (Habakkuk 2:3, NKJV) Keep believing the vision God gave you. As you continue praying and fasting, He will bring it to pass!

What is God speaking to you today?
